What can I expect when I call or visit EAP?

The Employee Assistance Program (EAP) provides a confidential place to talk about the issues that are affecting you, your family members aged 18 or older, or the workplace. There are EAP professionals available in many places statewide, and more locations are being developed.  These professionals are qualified EAP providers who will provide individual assessment and consultation.  In addition, they will assist with short-term problem-solving or provide referrals to resources that will best meet your needs.

Based on your needs and preferences, many appointments can be handled either by telephone or face-to-face.

To schedule an appointment, please call the EAP:
  • Statewide Toll-free: 1-877-313-4455
  • Olympia Direct: 360-407-9490
  • TTD/TTY users, please call via WA Relay at 711

Please complete the Client Intake Packet and bring it with you when you meet with the EA Professional.
