The Director's Review Program and the Personnel Resources Board are located on the third floor of the Raad Building at 128 10th Avenue SW in Olympia.
Review conferences and hearings are held at the Capitol Court Building in Room 110, located at 1110 Capitol Way in Olympia.
Requests for Director's reviews and appeals to the Personnel Resources Board must be filed either by fax, by mail or in person as follows:

In the event of a government shutdown, the period of time for filing Director’s review requests and Personnel Resources Board appeals will be computed as follows:
The period will be computed by excluding the first day of the period and including the last day, unless a specific civil service rule states something different. If the last day is a Saturday, Sunday, holiday, or a day that the State Office of Human Resources is closed due to a government shutdown, the time period ends on the next business day.
A Director's review is the first step in the appeal process for allocations and remedial actions.
Director's decisions may be appealed to the Personnel Resources Board (PRB).
