The State Human Resources Division will host a Classification and Compensation Roundtable on "Post Salary Freeze Compensation Strategies for WMS and Exempt Employees." While the lifting of the freeze is not yet confirmed, we are taking the opportunity to prepare in anticipation of the freeze on WMS and exempt employee salaries ending. We will discuss what to consider when making pay decisions and the potential consequences. Guidance will be provided on available tools and resources to assist in developing agency pay strategies.
